Cancellation policy
Clear default rules for cancelling or rescheduling a coaching session. Any different rule must be shown before checkout.
Last updated: 18 July 2026
Player cancellations
- At least 24 hours before the session: choose a full refund to the original payment method or move the amount to another available session.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: the coaching amount is normally not refundable because the time may not be rebooked. A coach may approve a credit at their discretion.
- Not showing up: no refund or credit is due.
A cancellation is effective when it is recorded through an available cancellation flow or when support confirms receipt. Until you can cancel it yourself online, use the contact page.
Coach cancellations
If a coach cancels, you may choose a full refund or a suitable replacement time. If a coach is more than 15 minutes late and has not contacted you, contact support; this will normally be treated as a coach cancellation after the facts are checked.
Weather, venue closure and unsafe conditions
If a session cannot safely proceed because of weather, a venue closure or another event outside either side's reasonable control, the first option is a reasonable reschedule. If no suitable alternative is available, the coaching amount will be refunded or credited.
A separately collected venue or court fee may be subject to the venue's own rules. Any amount withheld by a venue or payment provider must have been disclosed where required and remains subject to applicable consumer law.
Late arrival and shortened sessions
A player's late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. If the coach starts late, the coach should extend the session where the venue allows it or agree a fair credit for the missed coaching time.
Refund timing and exceptions
For paid bookings, approved refunds will be submitted promptly to the original payment method through the available operator process. Bank and payment provider processing times are outside Vevora's control. Any unavoidable fee that cannot be refunded will be shown before payment where the law requires disclosure.
We will consider documented emergencies and exceptional circumstances fairly. This policy does not limit any right or remedy you have under South African law.
